This means you have tickets that have not been closed by either us or by yourself.
When SM Support Team closes a ticket you are still required to view the ticket such that you have read and understood the ticket has been closed.
This will remove the ticket from the number of Outstanding Tickets stated on the My Home page.
However, if you close a ticket yourself, obviously you will not be required to view the ticket to remove it from your Outstanding Tickets.
